5. Our Owner and Tenant handbooks are filled with a bounty of resources and contact information. Our tenant handbook clearly illustrates our expectations to ensure a pleasant rental experience.
6. Our computerized accounting software is state of the art and Owners receive a detailed monthly statement as well as a year end statement for tax purposes. By the way, our services are tax deductible!
