Approximately 83% of your clients won't remember your name after 1 year. Rentals are future sales so we won't let that happen to you.
When we provide property management to your clients,
you remain the star!
1st Place Property Management LLC
To our real estate agent friends:
We'll make sure that your rental listing clients remember YOU!
"I used to own a home in Coral Springs Florida and had 1st Place handle my rental property. It is difficult to find a good property manger in South Florida! They were the best management company that I have dealt with through out the years. David and James are a great team and handle and resolve any repairs, needs or issues. They have a wide variety of contractors and handymen for any home repair. I would recommend them to any owner who wants to protect their home and investment from difficult tenants."

"We have used 1st Place Property Mgmt for 4 years now and have been very happy with them. We never have to worry, David and James have handled everything for us in a timely manner, eliminating any stress on us, especially since we moved to a new city. That also makes for a favorable experience for our tenants, who have continually stayed in the home. We highly recommend them!"
This is what you and your clients can expect as well as some our most frequently asked questions. Don't worry if you still have a question or concern after reading. We love questions and we're always available to help!
This is a sample of the lease that we use. It is attorney drafted and widely used by many brokerages. Simply place a copy as a supplement on your MLS rental listing and identify it as "Sample Lease". Agents showing your listing will then be informed ahead of time of the lease we use to further help protect your client.
We ask our tenants to obtain a renter's insurance policy during their tenancy. Typically, an owner's policy will not cover a tenant's possessions during a catastrophe. Most reasonably priced renter's policies have possessions coverage, liability coverage, and a loss of use clause. Further protection for your client.
